This special Tikun was revealed by Rabbi Nachman of Breslov.

The Tikun Haklali is 10 Pslams (16,32,41,42,59,77,90,105,137,150) and when they are recited in order they have great power to correct the soul, especialy on the level of Yessod.

The Tikkun Haklali helps us in the correction of all sexual sins. Rabbi Nachman teaches us that because of this type of sin, people have difficulties in sustenance, relationships (soul mates), health and other types of chaos in their lives.
Rabbi Shimon in Zohar Vayeshev from #181 on, explains the difficulties of correcting sexual sins. Rabbi Nachman helped us by bringing this Tikun to correct ourselves.
